The Water That Glows 💧

What happens

At Mosquito Bay on Vieques, Puerto Rico, the kids paddle kayaks into the dark and dip their hands in the water, and it sparkles blue-green. Wild horses wander the beach, every tree sings 'co-KEE!' so loudly no one hears 'PASS!', and when the ball splashes down the whole bay lights up.
