The Bird That Steals Blue Things 💙

What happens

In Lamington National Park, Australia, a shiny blue-black satin bowerbird has built a 'room' of sticks and filled it with blue treasures. Today's ball is blue, so the bowerbird steals it for its collection!

Fun facts

• Lyrebirds can copy almost any sound: other birds, cameras, even car alarms.
• Satin bowerbirds collect blue things to decorate their bowers.
• Pademelons are small, shy relatives of kangaroos.
